Carl Volz, a partner of the Murphy Law Group, is an experienced, creative litigator skilled in prosecuting and defending claims brought by or against public and private companies and their shareholders, officers, directors, and employees. Throughout his nearly 30 years in practice, Carl has developed an in-depth understanding of the challenges involved in building and growing businesses, from start-ups at the cutting edge of technology to mature, well-established companies operating in highly regulated industries. He has represented companies and individuals in the United States and around the world in government investigations and prosecutions and has conducted numerous internal investigations on behalf of his clients. He uses this experience to craft cost-effective and successful strategies to prosecute and defend cases and advise clients on building internal systems designed to avoid or quickly resolve disputes and conflicts before litigation becomes necessary.
